If Imran Malik had been in Pakistan, he would have played international cricket, said veteran cricketer Kamran Akmal.

Young fast bowler Umran Malik has impressed everyone with his speed. After this, many veteran players are demanding his inclusion in Team India. In this episode, Pakistan’s now experienced wicketkeeper-batsman Kamran Akmal has praised Umran Malik. If he had been in Pakistan, he would have played international cricket by now, he said. Umran has taken 15 wickets in 11 matches in the IPL so far.

There would have been an opportunity in Pakistan

Speaking about Imran Malik, he said that if he had been in Pakistan, he would have joined the team. His economy rate is high but he is a strike bowler and he is consistently taking wickets.

Enhancing work for selectors

He further said that Umran Malik’s pace has not slowed down. This is good for Team India. Earlier, Team India did not have such a bowler. Now they have fast bowlers like Shami, Siraj, Bumrah and Navdeep Saini. Umesh Yadav is also doing well. With 10-12 fast bowlers, it is becoming difficult for the Indian selection committee to select them.

Shami is not affected

“I agree he has speed, but personally I’m not a big fan of him,” Shami said of him. I believe that if you can bowl at 140kmph and swing the ball on both sides, it is enough to hurt the batsmen. He has incredible speed but needs some more time to mature.
