IPL 2022 The most wickets in the purple cap in IPL 2022 after Umran Malik race after SK match against KKR.


IPL 2022 Purple Cap: Sunrisers Hyderabad fast bowler Umran Malik could also win the Purple Cap this IPL season. He took three wickets in last night’s match against Kolkata, taking his total to 18 wickets. He is just 5 wickets behind Vanindu Hasaranga, who has taken the most number of wickets this season.

Royal Challengers Bangalore’s Vanindu has taken 23 wickets at an average of 14.65 in 13 matches so far this season. Its bowling economy is 7.48. Rajasthan Royals spinner Yujvendra Chahal has also taken 23 wickets this season. Both bowlers are leading the race to win the Purple Cap. Hershel Patel, Kagiso Rabada and Kuldeep Yadav are also in the purple cap race.
