India vs Australia Women’s Hockey Semi Final, CWG 2022: The Indian team lost in the semi-final match in women’s hockey at the 2022 Commonwealth Games being played in Birmingham. Australia defeated the Indian team 3-0 in the shootout. With this, the Australian team reached the final for the fifth time in a row. The Indian team may be out of the gold medal race, but the bronze medal can still be won.

In this match, the Australian team had a 1-0 lead over India till half time. Australia’s only goal was scored by Rebecca Greiner in the 10th minute. However, after this, the Indian team scored the first goal in the fourth quarter. Vandana Kataria scored for India.
